Chief Executive Officer
Ashley has worked at CSS since 2015. As of February 2024, she has taken on the role of Chief Executive Officer, overseeing all aspects of the company’s strategy and operations.
Jerome Jelinek
Executive Chairman
Jerome was the founder of CSS in 1992, and served as its CEO until March 2024, when he transitioned into the role of Executive Chairman.

SVP, Operations
Sherri has over 25 years of experience in mortgage lending, holding various positions in servicing large regional and national lending institutions.
Maura A. Snabes

Maura practices in the area of Real Estate and Corporate Law. She has served as corporate counsel in the title industry since 1994.
